On the sixth floor, the versatile Simpson Room can hold meetings for up to 80 people, while the Reading Room, with its soft furnishings, is great for cocktail parties & book launches.

Here, you will find your favourite celebrity chef cooking some of their best recipes from their latest cookbook, or speciality cooks demonstrating different world cuisine including Thai, Regional British food, French and Japanese. We will be bringing you the latest specialists in different food styles such as raw food, slow cooking, GI diet and many more. We will also be holding wine tasting, food matching training courses and teaching you how to cook and put together the perfect dinner party.
Uniquely for a cookery class you will not only see the finished product but you'll be served you the dish as you have just seem it cooked or prepared. We advise you pace yourself when we have some of the best mixologists showing you how to make the coolest cocktails.
The space may also be hired privately for meetings, training courses and product launches.
